Catie Doucette, RMT

Catie (she/they) is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with MTANS. They are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space and offering a personalized approach to support the body’s healing process.

Catie blends Myofascial Release techniques with deep tissue Swedish massage to help the body return to function, encouraging both release and re-education of the musculoskeletal system. Through the lens of active listening, they aim to understand each client’s unique experience and work holistically to support movement, explore root causes, and maintain long-term wellness. They feel honoured to treat a wide range of conditions and are especially drawn to supporting clients experiencing chronic pain, breast/chest post-surgical care, nervous system regulation, and intra-oral TMJD release.

With a deep curiosity about the body’s capacity for healing, Catie takes an attentive and intuitive approach in each session. They are passionate about helping clients reconnect with their physical selves, and foster awareness of how their body moves and responds.

Catie’s journey to massage therapy began in horticulture, where years of hands-on work sparked an interest in supporting the body through physical demands. They graduated with Honours as Valedictorian from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH).

Outside the treatment room, Catie enjoys exploring creativity through art and music and grounding themselves in nature through hiking and herbalism.
